I know he wasn't really a villain, but he had that line.  I really like these more open topics though.  It's a lot better than the last one where everyone just kept picking a different superhero.

From Propaganda, With Love

I kind of put more into this than I probably should have.  I had to make up for the abomination that was last week's post.  

Anyways, this is Ernst Stavro Blofeld, Head of S.P.E.C.T.R.E, and James Bond's arch nemesis.  I had a good time with this one.  It started out as just the drawing and sort of grew into some sort of propaganda poster.  So, uh... this one's for you, Alvin!
