I sort of lost track of where I was going with this thing.  I don't really know much about Mario because I was always so bad at Video Games.  I like my composition though.

I, uh, I dunno.  Not really into games.  I mean, I played Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo when I was a kid, and Super Mario Land 2 for Gameboy a little later, but that's about as far as my caring for the franchise goes.  So, whatever.

Just tried to do something a little different. I was watching the making of Jurassic Park, and originally, they had done the raptors in stop motion and they flicked their tongues like a snake. It made me think about if Yoshi grew up to be a Velociraptor and then this drawing. I almost went with Dennis Hopkins as Bowser.

I'm not positive why, but I prefer Luigi. My theory is that, being the youngest of four boys, Luigi was the only character I was allowed to play as. Except for Super Mario Bros. 2, where I was forced to play as Princess Toadstool.
